If you just experienced a break up you may be feeling pretty down as well as very sad. That is totally understandable. For some of you this can be a temporary set back. If you find yourself wanting to get back together with you ex, and asking yourself over and over, how can I get my ex back? I have some suggestions as to things you can do. Keep in mind though there are also things you can do to drive them away. So pay attention, if nothing else at least don’t drive them away further.
Let’s talk confidence, you know as in the title of this article. As alluded to above it is an attitude, a projection if you will. I remember days gone by when I was hanging out with Tony Robbins in Southern Calif. I was a facilitator at Tonys Team meetings (by the way, it takes a lot of confidence to do the firewalk, I have done it twice!) Tony loves to say “fake it, till you make it!” So if it is good enough for Tony it should be good enough for you. No matter how depressed or sad you are. You need to project confidence… It is ok to be sad and grieve about a lost love. However our goal here is to get your ex back. So grieve in private and in any other time or place project confidence.

Here a tip to make this easier. Hang out with confident, positive, supportive friends. This actually benefits you in 2 ways. Helps keep you confident that you can get your ex back. The second benefit assumes that your supportive circle of friends and your ex’s friends overlap and eventually your ex will hear of your confidence and about all the fun you are having. Some breaks are not really break ups, they are just… leave me alone until I figure this out! So if you are out and about looking confident and happy your ex will be more likely to get back together with you.
So far so good, by now you should have a basic understanding of projecting confidence, and hanging around supportive people. One small yet important thing to keep in mind is personal appearance. Look your best, in public and in private. Dress well, smile often, keep a tidy in attire, and residence. Who knows who will drop by? Most of all be open to all positive possibilities… Not everyone reading this that is hoping to get their ex back… will. However you may find an upgrade is just around the corner, so be ready for anything positive!
